Payment terminal does not respond to any touch

1. Wipe the screen with a damp cloth
2. If this does not work turn off the screen

      1. Restart the device by pressing the power and upper volume button at the same time for 15s

         2. If yes
            1. Problem solved
         3. If no
            1. This device needs to be sent to Verifone maintenance
