Instructions on what to do, when a customer tells that they are not able to login to their ticketreader device
- Check from the customer, if the PIN-code is attached on the back of the phone
a. If yes:
- Check from Cloud if the PIN-code matches to this
- If it is not correct, tell the right PIN-code for the customer from Cloud
-If it is correct, check that the reader is connected to the right event
b. If no:
- Check from Cloud, If there is a PIN-code created to the event. If not, create it
- Give the new PIN-code to the customer
