POS login screen doesn't show PIN-code

When trying to log in to CoreGo POS app, the PIN-code does not appear on the screen

  1. Swipe the screen on top of the name of the event in the login view (white text).
    1. If the PIN-code appears after swiping, please type the code into the login box and log in.
    2. If the PIN-code does not appear
      1. Login to CoreGo Cloud
      2. Go to "Company" module
      3. Choose the correct sales point and click the "settings" icon
      4. In the settings check the field: "Cash Desk PIN-code"
      5. If "Cash Desk PIN-code" is empty, add any PIN-code that is unique (not in use in other sales point)
      6. After adding the PIN-code in CoreGo Cloud, please refresh the login page from the device (refresh-icon on the right side of the white text)
      7. Swipe the screen again and the PIN-code will appear
