Card payment method can not be found

The card payment option is not visible on screen.

1. If you swipe right on the payment methods does the card option appear
   1. If yes, problem solved
   2. If no
2. Does the screen react to touch
   
   1. If  no turn off the screen by pressing the power button and clean the screen
3. Check cash desk settings from cloud
   
   1. Make sure the payment terminal -option (Verifone / Adyen) is turned on in the cash desk settings
