Receipt is not printing or it's blank

After transaction made with CoreGo POS, it doesn't print the receipt or the receipt is printed blank.

  1. If the receipt has no text and is printed as a blank receipt
    1. Turn the receipt roll the other way around
    2. If the receipt paper is moist or wet, the printing can be very light or not visible
      1. Pull some receipt paper out from device and try again.
  2. If the device is not printing the receipt at all
    1. On default devices do not print receipt automatically
      1. Click "R" on top of the screen to print the last receipt
    2. Device has run out of receipt paper
      1. Change the receipt paper roll
    3. Make sure that the receipt paper hatch is properly shut
    4. Device battery is <15% and does not print receipt
      1. Charge battery and try again
    5. If you see a question mark (?) instead of percentage (%) on battery level
      1. Check that battery is connected properly.
    6. If the device gives an error "receipt not found"
      1. Clear application data
