Receipt is not printing or it's blank
After transaction made with CoreGo POS, it doesn't print the receipt or the receipt is printed blank.
- If the receipt has no text and is printed as a blank receipt
- Turn the receipt roll the other way around
- If the receipt paper is moist or wet, the printing can be very light or not visible
- Pull some receipt paper out from device and try again.
- If the device is not printing the receipt at all
- On default devices do not print receipt automatically
- Click "R" on top of the screen to print the last receipt
- Device has run out of receipt paper
- Change the receipt paper roll
- Make sure that the receipt paper hatch is properly shut
- Device battery is <15% and does not print receipt
- Charge battery and try again
- If you see a question mark (?) instead of percentage (%) on battery level
- Check that battery is connected properly.
- If the device gives an error "receipt not found"
- Clear application data
- On default devices do not print receipt automatically
