Products are not showing in CoreGo POS

Products are not showing in CoreGo POS after adding them in CoreGo Cloud

  1. Check if the device is connected to right client and event
    1. Check if the payment device has the correct info on the POS login screen
      1. If the POS login screen does not have the correct event and company information, please move the cash desk to the correct event and company in CoreGo Cloud
  2. Check if the products are also added to the product groups in CoreGo Cloud (event > product groups > Edit products in group)
    1. If not added, please add them by selecting them into each product group (product groups > Edit products in group > Add existing product to group > + Add product to group)
  3. Check if the product group is linked to the company (product groups > companies) 
    1. If not, link the companies to the product group (Event > product groups > Edit product group > select companies > save)
