Products are not showing in CoreGo POS
Products are not showing in CoreGo POS after adding them in CoreGo Cloud
- Check if the device is connected to right client and event
- Check if the payment device has the correct info on the POS login screen
- If the POS login screen does not have the correct event and company information, please move the cash desk to the correct event and company in CoreGo Cloud
- Check if the payment device has the correct info on the POS login screen
- Check if the products are also added to the product groups in CoreGo Cloud (event > product groups > Edit products in group)
- If not added, please add them by selecting them into each product group (product groups > Edit products in group > Add existing product to group > + Add product to group)
- Check if the product group is linked to the company (product groups > companies)
- If not, link the companies to the product group (Event > product groups > Edit product group > select companies > save)
