POS login screen doesn't show PIN-code
When trying to log in to CoreGo POS app, the PIN-code does not appear on the screen
- Swipe the screen on top of the name of the event in the login view (white text).
- If the PIN-code appears after swiping, please type the code into the login box and log in.
- If the PIN-code does not appear
- Login to CoreGo Cloud
- Go to "Company" module
- Choose the correct sales point and click the "settings" icon
- In the settings check the field: "Cash Desk PIN-code"
- If "Cash Desk PIN-code" is empty, add any PIN-code that is unique (not in use in other sales point)
- After adding the PIN-code in CoreGo Cloud, please refresh the login page from the device (refresh-icon on the right side of the white text)
- Swipe the screen again and the PIN-code will appear
