CoreGo's Performance, Discipline, and Grievance Guidelines
Performance Expectations
The company expects all employees to perform their duties to the best of their abilities, demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and commitment to organisational goals. Employees are encouraged to maintain high standards of work quality, reliability, and collaboration.
Managers will provide clear performance objectives, regular feedback, and opportunities for development to help employees meet these expectations.
Progressive Discipline Policy
The company uses a progressive discipline approach to address performance or conduct issues in a fair and consistent manner.
This process typically includes verbal feedback, written warnings, and, if necessary, further corrective actions. The purpose of this policy is to encourage improvement, not to punish.
However, serious misconduct or policy violations may result in immediate disciplinary action, up to and including termination, depending on the circumstances.
Termination / Resignation Procedures
When employment ends, whether initiated by the employee or the company, both parties are expected to follow the procedures outlined in the employment contract.
-
Employees who wish to resign should provide written notice in accordance with the notice period stated in their contract.
-
The company may terminate employment in line with applicable laws and internal policies.
-
All company property (e.g., laptops, access cards) must be returned on or before the final working day.
Final pay and benefits will be processed according to local regulations.
Exit Interviews
Upon resignation or termination, employees may be invited to participate in an exit interview.
The goal of the exit interview is to gather constructive feedback about the employee’s experience, identify potential improvements in the workplace, and ensure a smooth transition.
Participation is voluntary, and all feedback is treated confidentially.
Employee Complaint and Grievance Procedure
The company is committed to maintaining a fair, respectful, and transparent work environment.
Employees who have a complaint, concern, or grievance are encouraged to raise it promptly through the proper channels — typically by speaking with their manager, HR representative, or another designated contact.
All complaints will be handled seriously, investigated appropriately, and resolved in line with company policy and applicable laws. Retaliation against anyone who raises a good-faith concern is strictly prohibited.
