Smoother Festival Operations with the Crew App

Provinssi is one of Finland's largest and longest-running music festivals, held annually in Seinäjoki, Finland. A successful festival requires much more than a great programme and a well-functioning event area. Behind the scenes, a large team of employees and volunteers work together to make the event happen, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day experience for them is an important part of a successful festival.

This year, Provinssi introduced the Crew App, developed by CoreGo and designed together with the Provinssi team. The Provinssi Crew app is intended for the festival's employees and volunteers. The app supports them throughout the festival, while also providing useful information before they even arrive at the festival area.

The app gives employees and volunteers access to:

• Crew map – the festival area map always at hand
• Meal pass – an easy way to redeem meals during the festival
• Useful information – guidance on arriving at the festival area, getting around and spending free time
• Guidelines and forms – all the essential information needed for working at the festival, easily accessible in one place
• Tips for work and volunteer shifts – important information related to your own shift

The goal of the Crew App is to bring all the essential information for festival employees and volunteers together in one place and make everyday festival operations as smooth as possible.
