At CoreGowe’ve had the incredible opportunity to join Friends with Beverages with our payment solution on Benjamin Ingrosso’s Better Days Tour & Bolaget Tour, Rodeo.

With multiple CoreGo POS payment terminals and network connectivitywe’ve contributed to a seamless and efficient payment experience for both organizers and attendees. The tour has taken us across Sweden, with stops in Halmstad, Lysekil, Malmö, Karlstad, Gothenburg, Gävle, Kalmar, Linköping, and Stockholm.

The Better Days Tour attracted between 10,000 and 15,000 visitors per city, with the final stop in Stockholm drawing an impressive 36,000 attendees. The Bolaget Tour attracted around 5,000–10,000 visitors, with the last stop drawing 23,000 people. Throughout these tours, our CoreGo POS payment terminals were strategically placed in both bars and food trucks to ensure a seamless payment experience.

Tour life comes with its own unique challenges, especially regarding time and logistics. With a tight schedule where concerts took place just days apart, all equipment had to be quickly dismantled and set up again at each new location. Thanks to our flexible CoreGo POS terminals, we were able to meet these challenges efficiently.

An amazing system. CoreGo’s system is easytouse, fast, and mobile. Not having to set up electricity and network connections while still feeling confident that the system delivers. It’s extremely simple for the staff to learn how the terminals work and to move both terminals and staff to sales points with queues. Fantastic! says Stefan Karadinovski from Friends with Beverages.

Why do our payment terminals work so well on tour?

Going on tour presents a range of challenges, particularly when it comes to time and logistics. But thanks to our user-friendly and flexible payment terminals, we’ve been able to meet these challenges head-on.

Here are a few reasons why our payment terminals have been so successful on Benjamin Inrosso´s Better Days Tour & Bolagets Rodeo tour:

Simple and fast

Our payment terminals are designed to be easy to use and quick to set up. It only takes a few seconds to move the terminals between different events, which has been crucial for the tour’s tight schedules.

This has allowed each event to track its own sales figures, even when managed by the same organizer. Thanks to network connectivity, the organizer could monitor sales in real time.

Flexible

One of the biggest advantages of our payment terminals is their flexibility. It has been easy to move both terminals and staff between different bars and sales points during the events. This adaptability has enabled us to meet the needs of the audience and maximize sales at every stop.

User-friendly

Throughout the tour, various people, including associations and other organizers, have handled our payment terminals. Our user-friendly design has made it easy for new users to get started quickly, which has been essential for ensuring a smooth payment process.

Developing solutions together with event organizers

We are happy to find out that our payment terminals have delivered excellent results during both tours in Sweden. By providing a reliable and flexible solution, we’ve helped ensure that every event ran smoothly, and we’ve received a lot of positive feedback from both organizers and attendees.

At CoreGo, we continuously develop both our systems and services in collaboration with our clients. Our solutions are designed to serve the event industry in the best possible way, making it crucial for us to understand the best practices and necessary updates.
