Corego provided the payment solution and terminals across the festival, including a large VIP area with approximately 200 tables.
A smarter payment flow for 200 VIP tables
Each VIP table was assigned its own RFID billing card.
When guests ordered products or services, hosts could simply tap the table’s RFID card on a Corego terminal. Instead of paying for every individual order, all purchases were registered to the correct table, accumulated throughout the event and billed to the customer afterwards.
For Sommerbris, this created a simple way to manage purchases across approximately 200 VIP tables while giving guests a smoother experience.

Across the festival, terminal menus were customized for each bar and sales location. Staff only saw the products they actually needed to sell, making the system easier to learn and faster to operate when queues and transaction volumes increased.
Corego technicians were also onsite throughout the festival, ready to support the team whenever needed.
