Real-time Event Tracking Gave Confidence to Production – Lost In Music x CoreGo

The Lost In Music city festival was held in Tampere on September 25–26 as part of the Music x Media professional event. Nearly 60 artists and bands performed across nine venues. Delegates with seminar passes could attend the shows, but the festival was also open to the public. Tickets included one-day and two-day wristbands, as well as venue-specific tickets. Each venue had separate capacity limits for different ticket types.

This year, the production team tested the CoreGo Insight Platform – a new tool currently in development. The pilot aimed to explore how real-time data could support event operations and decision-making.

At Lost In Music, the dashboard was used to monitor attendee numbers live at each venue. It showed how many people were inside, broken down by ticket type – wristbands, single tickets, and delegate passes. This helped the production team keep track of capacity and make adjustments on the go if needed.

Instead of using manual counting or message threads, the team had one clear view of the situation, saving time and reducing stress during the event.
