CoreGo’s payment solutions have been used by Hämeenlinnan Palloseura (HPK), an ice hockey club playing in the Finnish National League, at the Pohjantähti Arena during the 2023-2024 season.
The Pohjantähti Arena is a multi-purpose venue with a capacity of 5,360 spectators. Facilities at the arena also include: 23 suites, five cabinets, three restaurants and several kiosks.
CoreGo’s portable POS payment terminals are used in all of the arena’s restaurants, kiosks and fan shops. In addition to the POS terminals, HPK uses CoreGo’s backend system CoreGo Cloud, which can also be integrated with HPK’s own financial management systems.

“The device is small and intuitive and can be easily moved from one sales point to another. Combining the cash register and payment terminal in one device also gives more room at the sales counter. There have been no problems,” says Mia Kallio, HPK’s restaurant manager.
